Attention site with error page when paying for the order and finally receiving an email that the order has finally been placed. No response by email in time to cancel the order apart from a late response with no telephone number of people to contact just to call the depot. Customer service is available until 5:30 p.m. and not 7 p.m. as noted on the site. Then by managing to have someone make no commercial gesture other than telling me to refuse the package with return at my expense. Too bad not to be serious.

SCAM! DO NOT ORDER ON THIS SITE! I placed the order on October 4, 2023 and until today, October 31, 2023, I only received the cheapest part of the order, and it was delivered after 2 weeks of daily calls at NM Medical. During each call, I was assured that I would receive the order in two days. After a week of lies, today I tried to cancel the order but was told it was being delivered and could not be canceled. I made a mistake because I did not check the opinions of those who have already ordered, and I see that for 3 years they have had the same practices, they collect money from customers but do not make deliveries. Tomorrow I will file a complaint, it's a scam!
